This past Saturday, 16 October, Union’s u/13A cricketers travelled to Gqeberha to compete against their Herbert Hurd counterparts.
Union won the toss and elected to bat first, scoring 133 in 35 overs. Unionโs best batsmen were Callum Jacobs (24) and Yaseen Kazi (22).
Union then managed to bowl the Herbert Hurd side out for a total of 104, to win the match by 29 runs.
Unionโs best bowlers were Yaseen Kazi, who took 4 wickets, and Richard Murray, who claimed 2.
