Union High School, Graaff-Reinet was exceedingly priviledged today, to welcome back one of our very own, Luphumlo Joko, to our campus.
Luphumlo, a former Unionite from the 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟭, is not only an accomplished author, speaker, trainer and business coach, but also a passionate advocate for leadership development.
This afternoon, Wednesday, 11 October, Luphumlo led a workshop with our newly elected prefect body, focusing on the importance of effective leadership. Luphumlo’s first book, “The Ultimate Leader-Shift,” delves into the concept of heart-centered leadership, which emphasizes leading from within oneself. He believes that true leadership comes from understanding and embracing one’s own inner-self, and he shared these valuable teachings with our prefects during the workshop.
