The 18th edition of Union High School’s Senior Cricket Festival – 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝘽𝙖𝙣𝙠 – commenced with a delightful cocktail function at the Tony Burrell Union earlier this evening, Wednesday, 8 January.
During the gathering, Headmaster Mr William Pringle extended a heartfelt welcome to all attendees, expressing appreciation to the visiting teams for their participation. 𝙃𝙚 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝘽𝙖𝙣𝙠 𝙖𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙧, 𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡’𝙨 𝙨𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨.
Mr Pringle took a moment to commend the Union staff for their unwavering dedication, the cricketing mothers for their invaluable support and the diligent ground staff for their hard work in preparing the facilities for the event.
