This past weekend, our 1st XV rugby team traveled to East London to participate in the annual Hoërskool Ooskus Gimnasium Sports Fest.
In a thrilling final match of the day on Saturday, the boys faced off against the host team, Ooskus.
The first half presented some challenges for Union, as mistakes led to lost ball possession, allowing Ooskus to score the first points with a converted try. The host team further extended their lead by converting a penalty due to a lack of discipline on the field.
